Five Peaks Animation is bringing the animation industry to both Central New York and Palm Beach Florida. The Company is resident at the Studio Central Post Production facility in downtown Syracuse, taking advantage of New York State and Onondaga County's Film and Television incentives (totaling up to 70%). Five Peaks will distribute its animated shows on PBS-WCNY and other media outlets nationwide. The Company's mission is to educate through entertainment by producing animated television that playfully explores subjects such as history, science, literature, and wildlife conservation.

 

To further support education, Five Peaks has established a pilot program with the Syracuse City School District to teach high school students animation, including 2D and 3D animation, illustration, audio production, visual effects, script writing, and editing. Students gain hands-on experience working alongside professional animators.  

 

In addition to Upstate New York, Five Peaks produces much of its animated/live-action content in Palm Beach County, Florida. Partnering with production professionals at Apex Productions, Five Peaks intends to create educational opportunities for students in South Florida. Like our mission in Syracuse, Five Peaks will invite students to join our production team and gain hands-on experience working alongside television professionals.
